Energy Storage NL (ESNL), together with research firm ECORYS, has launched a comprehensive market study of the energy storage sector in the Netherlands.
The market call focuses on various energy storage technologies, such as electricity storage, heat storage and molecule storage. It will also identify the various areas of application of energy storage systems, such as at wind farms, solar farms, industry, before or after the meter. The study will also clarify whether the energy storage system is used privately, collectively, industrially or on a large scale.

To get as complete a picture as possible of how much and where energy storage is in the Netherlands (MW/MWh), ESNL is calling on parties inside and outside the industry to participate in this sectoral market research on energy storage in the Netherlands.
