EmergoStar is a supplier and developer of Lithium power systems for the professional B2B market. In addition to standard or customized Lithium batteries, we also supply complete electrical drive train systems such as motors, controllers and other ancillary components. In recent years the company has grown strongly due to the ever increasing number of applications in this field. Besides EmergoStar, there is also a sister company EmergoPlus BV and GmbH where developments are done together from the same team.

EmergoStar has many years of experience in developing, manufacturing and applying lithium batteries in many applications. Therefore we can now call ourselves specialists in the lithium battery world. By successfully serving many customers and market areas, you can count on us if you are looking for a specific solution. Of course, we also have solutions for standard applications. In the development process we offer completely the trajectory of: Prototyping, Testing, Debugging with the ultimate goal safe qualitative product. We can also organize the necessary certifications for you.
Hardware Engineering
With our hardware department, we develop our own PCB(A)'s and battery management systems. This allows us to provide you with a better end product. By engineering this entire process in-house, we can support you with the Idea, schematics, simulations, layouting, prototyping, Soft- and Firmware and debugging. We also deploy specific areas of expertise such as Bluetooth (BLE) and APP programming for your application.
Mechanical Engineering
With our mechanical engineering department, we provide the 3D CAD design and FEA simulation mainly for the development of our batteries. In addition, we use our lithium expertise to develop an optimal battery. We also apply our skills when developing for mass production where every gram counts. We make the optimal translation from our Western Design to our Factory in China.
Sustainability
For EmergoStar, sustainability is more than just a fancy buzzword. One of the reasons we started with lithium and LiFePO4 power systems is our penchant for renewable energy. It is becoming increasingly clear how important it is to conserve our planet, resources and energy. We are therefore also very proud to be part of many innovations in the field of electric transport, energy storage and other applications where sustainability is central. Sustainable entrepreneurship is also becoming increasingly important financially, and economic entrepreneurship is in our blood.
One of the major advantages over other batteries is that LiFePO4 batteries not only last a very long time, but can also be completely recycled. In addition, the batteries do not contain heavy and toxic metals, another prerequisite for sustainable products.
