Design
We are often at the table during the preparation phase. If we can think along in advance, our added value - also later in the maintain phase - comes to the fore. This often saves you time and money.
Kuijpers offers an integral approach to both structural and installation modifications to existing, vacant or new buildings. We realize an optimally productive work environment that meets the legal requirements and the desired comfort level. Of course at the lowest possible operating costs. The building installations play a crucial role in this.
We are often involved in the detailed development of the Final Design. By being involved early in the process, the total process becomes manageable. No more overruns in time and money, but attention to quality and feasibility. By using our knowledge and experience in the design phase and focusing on feasibility, we reduce failure costs. Everything is now precisely fixed in the final design.
Build
In the design phase, we assess and optimize the manufacturability of the installations. Therefore, realization - construction - proceeds exactly according to the agreed schedule. In the realization phase, we can then work on optimizing the process. This includes prefabricated production, efficient assembly and optimization through automation.
Maintain
Management and maintenance come under the third stage of the construction process. When it comes to a maintenance contract, it can be as extensive as the client wants, from simple maintenance contracts to innovative performance contracts of up to 35 years to taking over the installation and financing.
Finance
If we take over an installation, you pay based on the performance delivered. Kuijpers then takes care of the total financing of the installation. This includes service and maintenance at. Should the installation not perform well, it hurts ón us. Not you, the building owner.
Operate
We provide the right operation of the plant. We operate these, sometimes on site, sometimes remotely. Of course, we analyze data and - where possible - make improvements.
